Heat exchanger with small external fan 00--110--820

Use of a heat exchanger is sufficient with an external temperature of up to 45°C, higher temperatures( up to 50°C), an additional cooling unit must be used (see under cooling unit). the minimum permissible ambient temperature for operation of the KR C2 (with/without cooling unit) is +5°C.

Ordering information / limitations

A selection must be made between "heat exchanger with small external fan" and " heat exchanger with large external fan". the heat exchanger with small external fan is  suitable for low to high payloads (KR 6 to KR 240-2 and variants).

The heat extranger with large external fan must be selected

- for  heavy-duty robots (KR 360 and larger);

- if an external axis is is used with KUKA servo drive KSD1-64 in the basic cabinet;

- if a top-mounted cabinet is used.

Service socket AC 230 V before main switch 00-115-633

The service socket serves as a power source for test and diagnosis equipment.
In the “upstream of main switch” variants, the sockets are active even when the main power switch is
turned off. An N-conductor must also be connected.
In the “from transformer” variants, the sockets are only active if the main power switch is turned on.
A ground-fault circuit interrupter must be selected if plant regulations or regulations of the power utility
concerned stipulate that a ground-fault circuit interrupter is required for socket-outlet circuits.
The ground-fault circuit interrupters are tripped by residual currents of 10 mA.
The socket must not be used as a permanent power source for external devices.
